Whether you sing, play guitar, or do stand-up or spoken word, come along and take to the stage at the friendliest and best Open Mic Night in town, with hosts James and Typhaine. Or simply come along and sample some of the finest underground talent that Preston has to offer.

In the Boatyard / Events Space from the temporary new time of 7pm

Free entry - all are welcome, but seating is limited: first come, first served!

OPEN MIC NIGHT, you say? How does that work then?

Here's the guidance...

OPEN MIC

- Please don’t attend if you have symptoms

- Use your own mic wherever possible

- Use your own jack lead for instruments wherever possible

- The in-house equipment will be sanitised between performances

- The audience will be seated 3 metres away from the artist on stage

- Due to extra cleaning that is required we may not have time for all performances

- Volume will be set at a lower level

- Unfortunately, cheering or dancing aren't allowed! You may clap as much you like, though.

GENERAL

- Unfortunately. Preston is still under local lockdown so for now you can only sit with with members of your household or if single, your chosen social bubble household.

Order your drinks on entry to the Pub, letting the waiter know you're here for the Open Mic .(drinks must be paid for by card)

If you want further drinks during the performance, that's fine, just order via the app, or if this isn't possible, find a staff member in the bar and place your order .

The tables are numbered. Drinks will be brought to the foyer

Please leave it a few minutes before you go to collect.
