Emerging in 2005, Blackburn's Outsider formed by longtime friends Dan Reid (lead vocals/guitar) and Grez Slater (drums/vocals) fuse rich vocal harmonies with Guitar and Synth driven Alternative Indie to create a sophisticated often classic sounding combination.
Their debut album "The Maze" which contains the winning song from the John Lennon Songwriting Contest "Understanding" and the follow-up 2019 album "ENTERtainMENT" were both written and produced by the lead singer Dan Reid.
