JULIE MACLEAN
 
Julie Maclean lives near Melbourne and is published in journals such as The Best Australian Poetry, Poetry Salzburg, The Rialto, Mslexia, Southerly and The Age and has published four pamphlets ‘Lips that Did’ ( Dancing Girl Press, USA 2017 ), a collaboration with UK poet Terry Quinn ‘To Have to Follow’ ( Indigo Dream  Press, 2016 ), ‘Kiss of the Vikings’ ( Poetry Salzburg, 2014 ), ‘You Love You Leave’ ( Kind of a Hurricane Press, USA 2014 ) and one full collection ‘When I saw Jimi’ ( Indigo Dreams Press ) which was joint winner of the Geoff Stevens Memorial Prize in 2013.
 
Julie was one of the poets selected for a pamphlet responding to Sensing Spaces at the Royal Academy in 2016. She is also one of four poets awarded a Writer's Residency at Booranga Writers, Sturt University, NSW, New South Wales for 2019.
 
Her work appears in anthologies such as The Best Australian Poetry, Australian Poetry Journal and Anthology, Flarestacks, Booranga ( fourW New Writing ) and The Emma Press.

RIKIN PAREKH
 
Rikin Parekh grew up in Preston and returned to town in 2017 following a few years away. Having been inspired to start writing after working in London, Rikin's writing considers the affects of human labour and urban loneliness upon the human body and spirit.
 
He has performed at Chorley's What's Your Story literary festival and The Guardian's online newspaper.
